Méthodologie
I.
Every proposal is set as a publishable article — title, abstract, full text, declarations of interest, supporting documents — held to the standards of a peer-reviewed journal before it touches the ledger.
II.
Funded interventions that touch patient populations clear a mandatory clinical safety review, conducted by named reviewers whose findings are recorded as part of the proposal record.
III.
The long-term reserve is held in a separate contract and may be touched only under supermajority procedures specified in the operating agreement.
IV.
Treasury balances, disbursements, and commitments are presented as continuous public disclosure — addresses copy-clickable, figures explorer-linked.
